The William Deuel Band is based in Saratoga Springs, New York, featuring electric and acoustic rock/blues. Drawing inspiration from a wide mix of musical styles - from The Rolling Stones to Nirvana, The Talking Heads to Merle Haggard, The Who to James Taylor - William Deuel's sound is all his own.
The William Deuel Band, newly formed, in some ways was started many years ago. "Like so many who enjoy music, we were in a band together as young men but inevitably life took us all in different directions," says William. Circle back years later and fate has brought them together again. "I wrote my album Reset as a solo project," explains William. "It was going very well, and I thought it would be fun to invite my old band mates to join me on a couple of the songs. It was then that I got back in touch with Michael Norris and Jeff Lyden. Writing Reset and reconnecting with Mike and Jeff is like picking back up on a conversation started years ago,” says William. “I can’t wait to see where it leads next.”
Reset debuted in August 2018, with all original tracks written by William Deuel.
